Returns & Exchanges
We want every Jadugarni piece to feel exactly right in your hands. If something isn’t, we will do our best to make it right. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
What Can Be Returned
Any piece that arrives in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, with all packaging intact — is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If the piece came in a branded box or pouch, please include those with your return.
What Cannot Be Returned
- —Custom or bespoke pieces made to your specifications
- —Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- —Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
- —Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return
- 1.Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 XXXXXXXXXX) or email at hello@jadugarni.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- 2.Share your order number and a brief reason for the return. A photo of the item helps us process it faster.
- 3.We will issue a Return Authorisation and provide the return address.
- 4.Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the authorisation. We recommend using a tracked courier.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email when the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. If the new piece costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, we will let you know the balance before proceeding. Exchanges follow the same process as returns — simply mention that you would like an exchange when you first get in touch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
