Processing Time
Because every Jadugarni piece is handmade, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare, check, and carefully pack your order before dispatch. For custom or bespoke commissions, processing time will be discussed and confirmed at the time of order.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number directly on the courier partner’s website to follow your order from our studio to your door. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please reach out to us.
International Shipping
We are currently shipping within India only. International shipping is something we are working towards — sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Packaging
Every order is wrapped in tissue, placed in a branded Jadugarni box, and sealed before dispatch. We take packaging seriously — your piece should feel like a gift from the moment you open it. Gift packaging with a handwritten note is available on request at no extra cost. Simply mention it at checkout or message us on WhatsApp.
What If Delivery Fails?
If our courier partner attempts delivery twice without success, your order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order to avoid any delays.
