Use of This Site
This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, wishlist, and purchase for yourself or as a gift. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content, product, or material from this site without prior written permission from Jadugarni.
Our Products
All Jadugarni pieces are handmade, one of a kind, and crafted using natural materials including semi-precious stones, crystals, cord, and wire. Because each piece is made by hand and uses natural stones, there will be slight variations in colour, size, and texture from the photographs shown on this site. These variations are inherent to handcrafted work and are not considered defects — they are what make each piece uniquely yours.
Pricing
All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.
Orders
Placing an order on this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We will send an order confirmation to your email address upon receipt. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment collected will be refunded in full.
Payment
We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when your order arrives. We are working to introduce additional payment methods in the near future.
Intellectual Property
All images, product photographs, design artwork, written content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Jadugarni. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for any purpose without our express written permission. If you’d like to feature our work — for editorial, press, or collaborative purposes — please get in touch.
Limitation of Liability
Jadugarni is not liable for delays in delivery caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances outside of our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed if delays arise. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the value of the order in question.
